1. Make sure you have enough sleep.

Lack of sleep will cause the imbalance of some hormones in the body, of which gherkin hormone can improve appetite and leptin hormone can low appetite. If the sleep is bad, the gherkin hormone will improve and make you have a big appetite. So the adult should sleep 7 hours per night.
2.Supplement protein and fiber in meals

Compared with carbohydrate and fat, the protein needs more time to digest, which can make you keep long-time satiety. Fiber can help you absorb moisture, which can inflate under your belt and let you feel there´s no space for other food.
3.Don´t eat in poor lighting

If you go out for dinner, you´d better choose a seat with good lighting where you will absorb lower calorie because your subconsciousness makes you eat little so that you can avoid the sights of other people.
4.Give little food to yourself

Put little snacks at home. Study shows that people will have more better appetite when facing lots of choices.
