Sugars Won’t Make You Fat

Sugars! Sugars! Sugars! Do you love candies or chocolate? Maybe you have already deeply in love with them ever since you were a little kid. But when you grew older, you just began quitting eating sugars gradually. Why? You may tell me that’s because the sugars could make you gain more weight. Is that the truth? Well, let me tell you that is not the truth at all! Eating sugars won’t make you fat at all. On the contrary, if you eat them properly, it will help you lose weight instead of gaining weight.

As we all know, the sugar is the biggest storage of energy in our body. More than 70 percent of the energy we daily require is provided by the sugar we consume every day. So sugar is very necessary and important to us all. Even if we don’t eat candies or chocolates, we will get the sugar we need from other sources such as fruits, even from the bread and rice we eat! And we have access to sugars every time every day. When we are drinking cola, we are consuming sugars. When we are eating snacks, we still are consuming sugars. All we need to do is to control the amount of sugar we eat every day. As scientists told us that the most proper amount of sugar we should eat every day is about 40 grams, which is equal to 100 grams black chocolate or 400 ML orange juice. Only we have sugars in a proper way, we won’t get fat at all.

And there are also best times for eating sugars. When we are feelings tired and exhausted during the day, we should eat candies or chocolates to take in enough sugar. Since the sugar is the storage of energy in our body, it can make us feel energetic again when we are exhausted. Especially the chocolate works best for all of us. It contained a lot of useful nutrition which can help us enhance the circle of the blood, release the tiredness we feel and even can help us anti-depression.

The last thing you need to keep in mind is that you should never consume enough sugar once for the whole day. This can lead to an accumulation of sugar in your body which would turn out to be fat. The best way is to eat sugar several times one day.
